How
to make fried crab claw?
Rinse
and fatty meat, minced. Peel water chestnuts, washed and crushed.
Rinse
the crab claws, steamed at high temperature for 10 minutes, at a crab claw but
do not get crushed.
Peeled
shrimp, pooping in the back, mix with cornstarch taste. Rinse with water, dry
with kitchen roll and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Remove
the shrimp, chopped and put in a bowl, add salt, stir to form a paste.
Add
seasonings, water chestnuts, fatty meats and stir well.
Coat
a crab claw with shrimp paste into balls, then coated again with flour, eggs
and flour crumb.
Heat
enough oil in a frying pan, put the crab claws and fried till golden brown,
remove and drain. Serve.
